Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Urinary SO Dry Adult Dog Food is a nutritionally complete dog food designed to dissolve kidney and bladder stones and help minimise the chance of them reoccurring. With reduced magnesium and carefully controlled quality proteins, this recipe works to dissolve and prevent struvite uroliths and struvite or calcium oxalate urolithiases as well as bacterial cystitis.
The low RSS formulation in Veterinary Urinary S/O helps to dilute the urine and reduces the concentration of ions, helping to remove leading factors in the formation of kidney and bladder stones.
We recommend that you seek an opinion from a veterinarian before beginning this diet. Please do not feed Veterinary Urinary S/O to pregnant or lactating dogs, puppies, or dogs with chronic renal failure, metabolic acidosis, pancreatitis, heart failure, or hyperlipidaemia.
